Jeff Jones grew up in a horse raising and training family.  They stood some well- known stallions that included Skookum Bars, Leo Bar, Winkin Wayne and AAA AQHA Champion Charge Question.  Alicia began training her own AQHA performance horses when she was a teenager.

After they were married, Jeff and Alicia worked for Greg and Mary Whalen, known for their AQHA world champion halter horses.  Halter and pleasure horses were Jeff and Alicia’s passion until they both became hooked on cutting horses in the early 1990’s.
